PREORDERS FAQ: PLEASE READ
PRE-ORDER INFO - TOY STORY COLLECTION "This time, you're the toy"
Lead time: 3–4 weeks from order date. Each tee is printed fresh once you order. We're anticipating a higher volume of orders for the Toy Story collection, so lead times may run on the longer end of this window (or slightly beyond). We'll always do our best to dispatch as early as we can.
PREORDERS are an advanced order for a product that is not yet released - usually for items we are unable to gauge the demand for.
This lets us offer more designs (and avoid wasted inventory) while keeping each piece made-to-order.
Most pre-orders ship within 3–4 weeks of your order date. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment it leaves us.
During new launches, waiting time will be much longer, pleaser refer to the top for an updated date.
To ensure a more efficient fulfilment process, all items will only be dispatched when the PO/BO item arrives.
Please create a separate order if you'd like an instock to be dispatched first.
