PREORDERS FAQ: PLEASE READ (CNY Cut-off Date: 25 Jan)
CNY Cut-off Ended: New orders are not guaranteed CNY delivery.
Our guaranteed CNY delivery cut-off has ended on 25 Jan, so we’re unable to guarantee arrival before CNY for new orders placed now. That said, some orders may still reach in time, depending on festive printing & courier workload.
As each tee is printed fresh once ordered, we’ll do our very best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
PREORDERS are an advanced order for a product that is not yet released - usually for items we are unable to gauge the demand for.
This helps us fulfil orders more efficiently.
All MUSOKA tees require around 4-6 weeks to be produced.
As for an Estimated Date of Delivery, please refer to our update above for a more accurate date.
During new launches, waiting time will be much longer, pleaser refer to the top for an updated date.
To ensure a more efficient fulfilment process, all items will only be dispatched when the PO/BO item arrives.
Please create a separate order if you'd like an instock to be dispatched first.
